NON DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION
NON DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION is conducted at vital part in manufacture area, quality control of and life of factory management. It is used in so many industries including flight, Oil and Gas, Manufacture, Power Plant, Petrochemical, Transportation, and Civil Engineering.
ULTRASONIC TESTING ( UT )
Method : Ultrasonic wave have high frequency (from 2 MHz to 4 MHz ) penetrated into Materials and waving Ultrasonic wave will bound each time meet bound area ( including defect ). If geometric suitable that reflected wave can be observed trough CRT (Cathode Ray Tube). Through indication which appears in CRT then analyzed to know materials defect, to facilitate Scanning, it’s provided Probe with various corner 0°, 45°, 60° and 70°.
RADIOGRAPHY TESTING (RT)
Method : Electromagnetic Wave ( X-ray ) penetrated into materials through irradiating X-ray and then recorded onto special film, from result of record of film which is permanent, any defect in specimen will permeate radiation less then specimen itself, the existence of defect in the location will be shown by area of explanation higher or darker.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION (MPI)
Method : Electrics current is used to peep out magnetic field in materials, magnetic field direction will be turned so that happen leakage of magnetic flux. if passing defect, magnetic flux leak will pull ferromagnetic item on the surface so that defect location can be shown.
DYE PENETRANT TESTING (DPI)
Method : Penetration liquid into Discontinuity that opening at the surface of materials, after surface of materials are cleaned up with other essence, the existing liquid that inside materials defect is pulled up to surface ( With Diffusion Method ) and clean the certain color so that defect location can be found.
EDDY CURRENT (EC)
Method : Electrics current is flowed into circumference (Coil) to induce current (Induction Current / Eddy Current) if this current hit Discontinuity will influence Eddy current direction and this condition will be shown by indicator, this test is generally used metal to detect Discontinuity at the surface, also can be used to test hardness, thick of coat ( non metal ) also Measures the thick of sheet.
PRESSURE AND CLEANLINESS TESTING
Pressure Test is final test activities after construction and Installation from appliances like Canister depress, Tank, Boiler, Pipe and others. To ensure the strength of mechanic, weld. The system of leaky extension according to International CODE and Standard.
Hydrostatic Test Division. Providing examination pressure service including equipments and expert technician ( Operator ). This Examination is conducted by using pressured water which is resulted from pressure pump and measured with pressure recorder and measurer that cohering at equipments system test.
Activity in the pipe area, we also provide Pigging pipe service to ascertain cleanliness of pipe network after construction and examination.
Cleansing Division is the part of Hydrostatic Division providing tank cleaner service during repair or recondition and also Pipe cleansing service after pressure examination. This division provide equipments and expert technician ( Operator ).

SAFETY OF SAFETY VALVE INSPECTION
SAFETY of SAFETY VALVE. In especial function, It’s functioning to protect mechanic spillway and fully designed based on to open to the pressure situation in a process pressure system, so that not only protecting but also take care of investment itself.
PSV EXAMINATION DIVISION. Providing full laboratory test for the pressure of spillway. arrangement and examination ascertain this PSV functioned as a safety tool, closing pressure more than equipments process design that will be protected.
